The word “Aztala” is a combination of two words: “astra,” a Latin word meaning star, and “tala,” a Filipino word that also means star. For us people, a star symbolizes our highest dreams—the goals we strive to reach.
Aztala Corporation is a proudly Filipino company registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 7, 2014, as a real estate developer and construction firm in the Philippines.

Brief History
Aztala Corporation grew from following one’s heart.
After graduating from college and passing the Civil Engineering Board Examination in 2009, Aztala’s founder joined his family’s construction company—one of the country’s largest and most reputable firms. He started as an estimator, then became a project coordinator, and eventually rose to the position of Vice President for Operations, with a clear path to inherit the entire company. Yet, despite this remarkable opportunity, his heart was leading him elsewhere.
During this time, he began building and selling single and duplex houses in Quezon City as a sideline with his father. What began as a small venture grew into a passion. Eventually, he gathered the courage to tell his father that homebuilding was where his heart truly belonged—and that he wanted to leave his position in the family business to pursue it full-time. Thankfully, he was blessed with a supportive father who encouraged him to follow his passion. From that moment, Aztala Corporation took root and began to grow.
